Interior and architectural photography for Riva Loft Hotel – Florence.
Halfway between being at home and away, these lofts, while maintaining their modern vision, stand as a testimony to their rich cultural history.
This group of buildings, which looks in the historical picture of the Alinari Family Collection rather like a small country hamlet in the Tuscan countryside, was a small factory in 1880, later transformed into artisans’ workshops. In 1999 Claudio Nardi made it his atelier of architectural design, a place where ideas are born and compared, followed by the necessary changes that make them practicable. The same tradition continues thanks to this new experience, as the same Architect has now transformed them into “a home for guests”.
These pictures have been published in international architecture magazines and books.
